    • Price ranges from below par to par + 2
    • Minimum loan amount $5M but can be less on case-by-case basis, no maximums
  3. Construction, miniperms, and permanent loans with longer amortizations for lower payments
    • Acquisition and Development
      • Interest only, 1-2 yr term
      • Prime + 1 or 2
    • Mini Perm
      • 30-yr amortization for lower payments
